No sensors. No sales calls. No per-desk hardware.

Desk booking your team will actually use.

Book a desk in under 10 seconds, see who's in the office, and let no-show desks free themselves. Set up your floor plan in 10 minutes — free for teams of up to 15 active users.

The demo is a real workspace, not a video. Book a desk, break things — it resets hourly.
A floor plan with free, taken and blocked desks

Under 10 seconds

Open the app, tap your usual desk, done. Repeat-last-desk and weekly bookings mean most days take one tap.

See who's in

The point of the office is people. Check who's coming in before you commute, and book the desk next to them.

No-shows free themselves

No check-in by 10:00? The desk is released and the waitlist gets a push. Your floor plan stays honest.

Set up in an afternoon, not a quarter

Upload your floor plan, drag desks onto it, import members from a CSV and you are live. Policies, an audit log and per-person analytics come with it.

  • Floor-plan editor with zones and per-floor capacity caps
  • CSV member import, domain auto-join and invitations
  • Book or cancel on behalf of anyone
  • Occupancy, no-show rate and per-person analytics with CSV export

Every desk can carry a QR sticker you print from the floor plan. See how QR stickers work →

What the pricing actually counts

The model is unusual enough to be worth spelling out.

What counts as an active user?

Anyone who created at least one booking in the billing period. One booking or twenty, it is the same one person. What counts is the day the booking was made, not the day it is for. The billing screen shows the running count, so you can check this answer against the product.

What if an admin books for me?

You become active, not the admin. The count follows the person the desk is for, never the person who clicked. An office manager who books Monday for eight people makes those eight active — eight, not nine. The manager counts once they book a desk of their own.

What happens when we reach 15?

The organization stops adding new bookers for the rest of the period. Everyone who has already booked in that period keeps booking as normal — nobody loses a desk mid-week. The sixteenth person to book is the one who meets the limit, and upgrading clears it immediately.

When does the count reset?

On the free tier, with the calendar month in your office's timezone. On Pro it follows your Stripe billing period, so the counter in the product and the number on the invoice are the same number.

Someone left the company. Do we still pay for them?

For the period they worked, yes. Removing a member cancels their bookings from today onward and frees their desk, but the bookings they already made stay in the record and stay counted. The next period starts without them.
